Delta Erebus Group is led by Jesse Martin, Founder & Principal. Jesse brings twenty years of progressively responsible leadership across local government, public-safety communications, healthcare operations, global management consulting, and supply chain operations, including senior technology leadership in emergency communications. He is a certified Kirton Adaption-Innovation (KAI) Master Practitioner and a Lean practitioner trained in the Toyota Production System through the Kaizen Institute.
